Meals

Bill and Jill Miller, with Cocineros de Fuego y Fierro, will be catering for the Rim Rock Photo Adventure.  For the last 25 years, they have catered ranch works, horse clinics, weddings and parties from Wyoming to Texas.

* Please let us know about any food allergies or special diets.

Some planned activities:
  • We will have the chuckwagon and tipi set up for night photography and sunrise/sunset shots.
  • We will go to the Rim one evening for amazing sunset shots.  The Davis Mountains are to the east and west/southwest is Mexico, the Sierra de Los Pilares and beautiful layers of mountains.
  • Saturday, we will take time to visit the historic Camp Holland in the daytime and plan our night photography and light painting of the historic stone buildings.  The army built Camp Holland in response to banditry along the borderlands during the Mexican Revolution.  Most days, three fifty-mule pack trains left Camp Holland and made a round trip to supply five army camps along the Rio Grande.
